Mountain Glass & Stone Works was started in 2004. We specialized in custom stained glass windows and added native stone carving for garden and address stones shortly thereafter.
In 2005 we added a laser engraver and Engravings Unlimited was added. On our home page you will find a list of some standard items. If you don't find what you're looking for, let us know, and we'll provide you a quote.
Engraving cost is INCLUDED on all products unless otherwise specified. A lot of engravers start with a low dollar amount, and by the time you're finished with all the fees, the price has tripled. We've tried to insure all costs are included so you don't have to add in artwork fees, set-up fees or minimum quantity fees. Shipping is the only fee not included in the price you see. We also don't require you to buy a minimum quantity - we will make just one of most anything.
We strive to process your engraving order within a week and ship it shortly thereafter. Windows and stone carvings will take longer depending on size and complexity. If anything is out of stock and will take more than three weeks to obtain, we will contact you for direction. In a real time crunch? Let us know the deadline for your order to be received, and we'll let you know if we can comply.
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please let us know within 5 business days if there is damage to or discrepancies with your order. If you are not completely happy with any product you purchase, please contact us and we'll try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
